Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging; please note that perishable items like beer and food are not eligible for return due to safety regulations.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Solon brewery location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
